1. Join the Membership

Choose the membership plan that best fits your home and your needs, add it to your cart, and complete checkout online. Once your enrollment is complete, you'll immediately receive an email from our team to schedule your first service visit. From that point forward, you'll have a dedicated team focused on helping you stay ahead of home maintenance issues year-round.

2. Quarterly Home Care Visits

Every quarter, one of our professionally vetted technicians will visit your home to perform routine maintenance and a basic home inspection.

Services may include:

• Replacing HVAC filters

• Changing light bulbs

• Testing smoke detector batteries

• Checking for common maintenance concerns

• Completing simple Honey Do list tasks such as hanging pictures, installing curtain rods, or other minor household projects

3. Prevent Problems Before They Become Repairs

Our goal is to identify potential issues before they become costly repairs. During each visit, we'll keep an eye out for signs of wear, damage, or maintenance concerns and provide recommendations when needed.

4. Trusted Referrals When Needed

We're not a handyman or repair company. If we discover a problem that requires specialized work, we'll connect you with one of our trusted referral partners. Our network includes vetted professionals in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and more.

If a referral is needed we handle all of the hassle for you! We contact our partner, schedule the appointment that is best for you, and take care of all of the 3rd party billing. No juggling multiple contractors or tracking down different invoices. We handle the details so you have one contact, one schedule, and one straightforward invoice.

5. Service When You Need It

Homeownership doesn't always follow a schedule. If something comes up between your quarterly visits, members can request a service call for covered maintenance tasks and Honey Do list items.
